The Indian Army has released the notification for Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2026 under the Agnipath Scheme. Candidates selected as Agniveers serve the Indian Army for 4 years. At the end of the tenure, 25% are retained for permanent service, while the remaining 75% receive a 'Seva Nidhi' package of approximately Rs. 11.71 lakhs (tax-free). Applications started 13 February 2026. Fee: Rs. 250/- for all categories.
The Agnipath Scheme was launched by the Government of India in June 2022 to recruit youth into the Armed Forces on a short service basis. This is a great opportunity for patriotic youth to serve the nation while earning a competitive salary and building a disciplined career.
