How to Enroll for New Aadhaar Card
1. Find Nearest Enrollment Center: Go to appointments.uidai.gov.in and search by State, District, Area.
2. Book an Appointment online (free of cost).
3. Visit the center with original identity, address, and DOB proof documents.
4. Submit documents along with photograph and biometric details (fingerprints & iris scan).
5. Receive your 14-digit Enrollment ID / EID slip from the operator.
6. After approximately 90 days, your e-Aadhaar will be available for download at uidai.gov.in.
How to Download e-Aadhaar Card
1. Visit the official UIDAI website: uidai.gov.in.
2. Click 'Download Aadhaar' under the 'Get Aadhaar' section.
3. Select 'Download via Aadhaar Number' or 'via Enrollment ID'.
4. Enter your Aadhaar Number and PIN code, request OTP on registered mobile.
